Refund Policy

We want you to get value from BlackLeak Intel. This page explains our cancellation and refund terms, applied uniformly across customers and tiers.

1. Cancellations

• You can cancel any subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal in your dashboard (Usage → Manage Subscription).
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• Unused searches do not roll over; quotas reset each billing period.

2. Monthly subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• If you are charged after cancellation due to a billing error on our end, contact billing@silentfoxlabs.com within 30 days for a full refund.

3. Annual subscriptions — 30-day money-back

• If you cancel an initial annual subscription within 30 days of first payment, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
• Subsequent annual renewals are non-refundable; cancel before renewal to avoid the charge.

4. Service interruption credits

If the Service is unavailable for a sustained period attributable to us, we will issue a pro-rata account credit on request. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash but apply to future invoices.

5. Suspension or termination by us

If we suspend or terminate your account for violation of the Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, attempts to redistribute the corpora), prepaid amounts are forfeit and not refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — most issues are resolved faster by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension while we investigate.

7. How to request a refund

Email billing@silentfoxlabs.com from the address on your account, including the invoice ID (visible in the Stripe Customer Portal) and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
