Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BlackLeak Intel (the "Service"), operated by SilentFox Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BlackLeak Intel is a threat-intelligence platform that aggregates publicly-disclosed credential leaks, infostealer logs, and related signals so that legitimate defenders can search whether their assets have been compromised. Access is sold by subscription tier (Junior, Mid, Pro, Business) plus optional Monitor add-ons. The Sovereign tier is sold under a separate written contract.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your organization.
• One person per account. Sharing credentials across people violates these Terms.
• You must keep your account credentials secret and notify us immediately at security@silentfoxlabs.com if you suspect compromise.
• We may approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion, including through our human-vetted waitlist.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Attack, harass, defraud, or impersonate any person whose data appears in the Service.
• Resell, repackage, or grant third-party access to query results except as permitted by your subscription tier.
• Bypass rate limits, plan caps, or authentication controls (including via shared credentials, multiple accounts, or automated evasion).
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law (including data-protection, computer-misuse, and export-control laws).
• Mirror, scrape, or systematically download the underlying corpora.

Violation may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any prepaid amounts.

4. Subscription, billing, and renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you select at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; you are subject to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
• Applicable taxes (e.g. EU VAT, US sales tax) are calculated and collected automatically by Stripe Tax.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Plan limits

Each subscription tier has documented limits (monthly searches, rows per query, API keys, Monitor assets). Limits are enforced server-side. A 90% soft warning is sent and a 110% hard cap is applied; sustained quota evasion is a Section 3 violation.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service software and the curated, enriched data layer. You retain rights in the queries you run and the export files you generate. Your account's output may be used internally and shared as part of authorized incident response, but not redistributed publicly or commercially.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The underlying corpora come from third-party sources; we do not warrant completeness or accuracy. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, regulatory, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

• You can cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal in your dashboard.
• We can terminate immediately for material breach of Section 3 (Acceptable Use) or non-payment.
• On termination, your access ends; account and usage data are retained per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SilentFox Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection laws give you the right to your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page and notified to active users by email at least 14 days in advance.
